A reservation that is not confirmed but on hold the system cancel automatically after 72 hours from the moment the reservation is made in case you have not paid the deposit.
For reservations made by telephone.
Once the booking has been made by phone, a message has been sent to your mobile phone which you have stated during the booking process, this message contains a link by clicking on it our website will open where you will see all the details of your booking . On this page you will also find the “Modify Reservation” button where you can make a modification. Follow the steps that will be asked of you.
For reservations made through a website.
Once the reservation has been made through our website, your reservation details have been sent to your email along with a link which you will find at the end of the email by clicking on it, our website will open where you will see all your reservation details . You can cancel your reservation up to 21 days before your arrival, the deposit you have paid will be refunded 100%. Any bank charges that may arise will be borne by you.
If you cancel your reservation in less than 21 days from the date of arrival you lose the deposit of 30% on the total amount of the reservation you have paid.
A reservation that is not confirmed but on hold will be canceled automatically after 72 hours from the moment the reservation is made, in case you have not paid the deposit.
Once you have paid the deposit and your reservation has been confirmed and your cancellation is within the time limits (21 days before your arrival) you can cancel your reservation by phone or via the link on our website that was sent to you or on your mobile or in your email.
